Annual General Meeting for Eastern Riverina Landcare on Wednesday the 12^th of November at 6.30pm at the Mangoplah Pub.

The special guest speaker is Bill Handke who is going to speak about the Indian (Common) Myna. He will cover how it can be controlled.  

“Bill Handke OAM is a retired senior Commonwealth public servant who worked in the areas of natural resource management, water resources, and forest management, as well as other areas.  He founded the Canberra Indian Myna Action Group following his retirement in 2005 and has been the President ever since.   In 2014 he was named the Environmentalist of the Year for his work on Indian Myna bird control across eastern Australia.”
