Mid Macquarie Landcare are selling traps on behalf of Dubbo Environment Group as part of the Dubbo Indian Myna Control Program.
Indian mynas, also called Common Mynas, can potentially wipe out our native birds, frogs, insects, squirrel glider, pigmy possums and smaller reptiles. They carry diseases, lice, mites.
With your support you can help manage their population growth, and contribute to saving our precious native species.
Small Indian Myna Traps are $60 if you live within the Central West LLS region.
We also now have a large aviary trap! Mid Macquarie Landcare members can apply to host this trap on properties in and around Wellington and Montefiores.
