Local Wiradjuri man Adam Shipp delighted Yeoval Central School Nature Spotters with an array of traditional bush food and fibre.

Our curious Nature Spotters tasted Saltbush, Wattleseed and Bottlebrush cordial as Adam explained the nutritional and medicinal properties of bush food. Participants also had fun lathering up bubbles making bush soap from Blackwood Wattle leaves!!
