A great morning working with Save our Species for the 'Glossies in the Mist Moss Vale Planting Day. It was rewarding to welcome both experienced and new volunteers to a well organised and 'easy' planting. Some of our Landcare members have 'auger envy' as the contractor's large auger made planting into the concrete like soil a dream. Around 260 plants were planted with care and attention to maximizing the survival of the seedlings. Thank you to everyone who came along and to Simon Lee of Save our Species for his organisation of equipment and a lovely lunch.
