Once widespread across south-eastern Australia, native grasslands now survive in small but precious patches across our region. They’re not just beautiful — they play a vital role in supporting biodiversity, improving soil health, and sustaining productive farms.

This workshop brings together Landcare, Friends of Grasslands, the University of Wollongong and South East Local Land Services to share knowledge, spark local collaboration, and explore how neighbours can work together to protect and restore these endangered ecosystems.

Discover what makes grasslands so special, learn from local experts, and connect with others who care about our shared landscapes.
