It is mandatory for local and regional coordinators engaged under the NSW Landcare Program to attend as per the Funding Deed under the Community of Practice. Also, one host organisation representative from each participating host organisation.

Themes for the Gathering

SHARE. LEARN. CONNECT.

Accommodation arrangements and travel assistance:

  • The NSW Landcare Program will provide all Local and Regional Landcare Coordinators engaged in the NSW Landcare Program and for one member from each of the Host Organisations, with a travel/accommodation bursary.
  • The bursary amount is $450.00 per participant. This amount is to assist with two nights accommodation (estimated at $150 per night), travel and breakfasts.  Lunch and dinner will be covered by the Program for the duration of the stay.
  • To receive the bursary, each Host Organisation would submit a Tax Invoice after the event based on the number of individuals who registered and attended. Information on invoicing will be provided in the near future.
  • Please be aware that all responsibility for selecting and booking accommodation rests with those attending.
  • There are over 67 accommodation providers in Dubbo and surrounds. A small number of these have been notified of this event and may offer special rates, but we cannot guarantee either room rates or availability when you make your booking.

 COVID-19 Considerations
