Murray Mentoring Young Landcare Enthusiasts Program

The Murray Mentoring Young Landcare Enthusiasts (MYLE) is a pilot program being run by Local Land Services in partnership with Landcare NSW as part of the Local Landcare Coordinator Initiative. This program aims to support the development and retention of young Landcare members through mentor relationships.

Murray Mentoring Young Landcare Enthusiasts (Murray MYLE) program is a reinvestment in the Murray Region following hosting of the NSW Landcare Conference. Its goal; to mentor up-and-coming young champions in the region.

We are looking for both Mentees and Mentors!

As this is a pilot program, we are starting small. Up to six young Landcare members, considered to be upcoming leaders within their group, will be paired with existing successful Landcare representatives within the Murray region.

We are seeking nominations from Murray region Landcare groups (not for profit Landcare, Agriculture, Producer and Environmental Groups) for both the mentees and mentors. Nomination and support from the participant's Landcare group will be essential for successful participation in the program.
