NSW Farmers Association is a grassroots organisation with the aim of furthering the productivity and profitability of farming without unnecessary burden. Farmers are the original ‘landcarers’ and have participated in Landcare since its inception. The Central Coast area is famous for its highly productive Horticulture enterprises, consisting of Avocadoes, Citrus and other horticultural crops. The area is also well known for its poultry production systems. Our members come from all across the Central Coast Plateau. NSW Farmers Association Central Coast Branch have secured funding to employ a Landcare Co-ordinator for the region. This will enable all farming operations in the region to take advantage of the skills and knowledge of the Co-ordinator and other Landcare members to exhibit the values of caring for our country, whilst maintaining an environmentally sound and productive business’.No publisherby-ncCroppingOrganisationIrrigation Farm Walk
