Two Fires Festival: Food Health and Healing the Land
https://landcare.nsw.gov.au/groups/upper-shoalhaven-landcare-council-inc/two-fires-festival-food-health-and-healing-the-land
The 2019 Two Fires Festival (2FF) will be celebrating Food Health and Healing the Land in Braidwood on Friday 5th, Saturday 6th and Sunday 7th of April. This family-friendly event is an opportunity to learn about and experience native and local food, art and literature, local activism, indigenous culture and regenerative farming. Since its beginning in 2005, the Two Fires Festival celebrates the work of a vigorous artistic community, and enlivens the creative force of activism. Arts and activism blend, each feeding the potency of the other. The Festival honours and carries forward the spirit of poet Judith Wright’s twin passions, art and activism, particularly environmental and Indigenous activism. No publisherSoilsBiodiversityEducationWorkshopsCultural Heritage2019/03/22 02:44:17 GMT+0EventEucalyptus Identification Workshop

Recognising the ongoing drought conditions in our regions, and the support that producers are seeking, Central West Local Land Services and local Landcare organisations are working together to bring a series of practical Livestock Decision Making workshops to the Central West. The focus of the workshops will be to provide practical tools for planning the coming months - and beyond - with respect to livestock; feeding versus selling, including cashflow; feed and water budgets; and setting clear trigger points for making tough decisions. No publisherEducationLivestockWorkshops2019/03/12 04:55:06 GMT+0LLCI Case StudyGreater Sydney Landcare
