FridayMulloon Institute - Landscape Rehydration Field Day Moss Vale
This event is part of the Mulloon Institute’s Water Stewardship Program, a bold initiative supported by WaterNSW and The Ian Potter Foundation. The program empowers communities in the Sydney Drinking Water Catchment to restore local water cycles, improve water quality, and build resilience to climate change through nature-based solutions. This field day also celebrates the launch of a Landscape Rehydration Community of Practice and Demonstration Site in the Kellys Creek Catchment —an exciting opportunity for local landholders to connect, learn, and collaborate on regenerative water and land management. Mulloon Institute is a leading research and education organisation helping to build resilient regional communities by supporting the long-term, sustainable growth of Australian agriculture.

SaturdayAcross The fence Farming
The Across the Fence Farming project is about bringing neighbours together "Across The Fence" to learn about nature positive practices that increase biodiversity and make for healthy and resilient landscapes in all climate conditions. We believe, sharing land, livestock, machinery, labour and resources can return subdivided land to prime condition for profitable farming and help to restore biodiverse ecosystems. We believe in helping to build a community that is able to come together and become more resilient by preparing, in advance, for the inevitable challenges of drought, fire and flood.

The ATFF project, is designed to address challenges faced by lifestyle landholders managing properties between 5 and 40 hectares by encouraging neighbours to work together, combining land resources and management skills. The initiative aims to create more drought resilient, productive, and biodiverse landscapes while fostering stronger community connections.
