The bushcare site is located at the south western section of Clovelly Bay. The site is a sandy slope which had been cleared of vegetation in the past. Over time it has been planted with local indigenous plants to stabilise the slope and create a green corridor. Currently the site has well established trees, shrubs and ground covers. The volunteers focus on the removal of weed vines which can smother and strangle mid-storey to canopy species. The group meets the second Friday of the month from 9am -11am at the western end of Donnellan Circuit Clovelly.
