A section of our Native Habitat which is developing nicely. The pond has tadpoles in it, and the ferns are growing well!
Some of the creek bank rehabilitation works by our fantastic volunteers. First the weeds were removed, then old hessian bags were laid down to stop erosion, and native plants put down to hold the soil in place with their roots. Plant species include: Lomandra Longifolia, Davidsonia Puriens (native plum), Alpina (native ginger), Native christmas bush, Pea flowers, and various grasses.
