Mandy has a Bachelor of Science in Australian Environmental Studies, majoring in Ecology, Environmental Planning, and Social Policy and Development and has twenty years’ experience working in the natural resource management, environmental science and sustainable agriculture sectors. 

She has significant experience working in Landcare networks as a local coordinator, project manager and grant writer, as well as a project officer for a Weeds Authority and Birdlife Australia.
