Field Day on Natural Sequence Farming
Presented by Stuart Andrews of Tarwyn Park Training

Natural Sequence Farming (NSF) emulates the role of natural watercourses in reversing salinity, slowing erosion and increasing soil and water quality, so enabling the native vegetation to regenerate and restore the riparian zone.

Stuart will lead a walk around the riparian zone at Umbiella describing how NSF can be used to restore it.

When: Saturday 8 November 2014 9am-12noon

Where: “Umbiella” Glen Alice, come to the woolshed, we’ll move as a group from there to the river. Wear functional clothing and bring your own drinks, snacks and hats.

Lunch will be provided afterwards at the Glen Alice Community Hall

This event will replace the hall meeting originally scheduled for 29 November 2014.

RSVP by 1 November 2014, by contacting Julie Gibson 02 63797317  or email cvlandcare@gmail.com
