770 native plants planted!!

8 volunteers planted at total of 770 native plants on a local property near Coolamon

I recently had the pleasure of joining a tree planting day at a local property near Coolamon, where 8 volunteers planted at total of 770 native plants!
It was a great day all round – planting trees, enjoying good company, and soaking up the great outdoors. We were treated to the sounds of abundant birdlife, including Grey-crowned Babblers and even a visit from some Major Mitchell’s Cockatoos!
A big thank you to Adrian and Wendy for hosting and looking after everyone with soup, sausages, and marshmallows by the fire.
And with 37 mm of rain post planting, the plants will be off to a flying start!
