The Coolamon Gardens vision is to develop a set of gardens showcasing native and naturalised exotic flora, creating an area of civic and natural beauty to benefit the environment and community.

1. Create natural and cultural amenity for the community through increase well-being and sense of place.
2. Create habitat for wildlife, especially pollinators, lizards and small migratory birdlife.
3. Create a touristic attraction for the town to attract visitors and boost the local economy.
4. Reclaim and under-utilised space to promote ecosystem services and opportunities for education; what nature gives and what she needs, Caring for Country.
