Wompoo Gorge Restoration Field Day

NSW Environmental Trust has funded lowland rainforest restoration on the property over the last 6 years. Dense areas of lantana have been controlled and replaced with regenerating rainforest.

  • Dailan Pugh, property owner will talk about the history and transformation of vegetation on the site
  • Walk through undisturbed palm forest
  • See demonstration of splatter gun control of lantana
  • Learn about restoring critically endangered lowland rainforest
  • Light morning tea will be provided
