Our Landcare Group had a monster Election Day native plant sale, Sat. 18 May, at the Wamboin Community Hall, 112 Bingley Way, Wamboin, 9 am to 1 pm.

Four attractions:

• Landcare's plant sale: locally propagated plants that are suited to our soils and climate, and far cheaper than you will pay elsewhere
• Home Produce Market
• Wheels of Wamboin
• Federal election polling place.

We sold (at rock-bottom prices) a large number of native plants that we propagated in Wamboin. Now they are going into the ground, improving the biodiversity of our community and its surrounds.
