K2C: “Save Our Scarlet Robin” Delegate

This comprises two events: Sat afternoon information session 3-5pm at Delegate School of Arts & Sun morning a 4WD Bird Identification Field Tour with Damon Oliver 8.30am to 12.30pm at 1778 Tombong Road, Delegate. This project is supported by the NSW Government via it's Environmental Trust.

Drop in anytime between 3pm & 5pm on Saturday to find out more about the project and the incentive funding available and discuss ways to include biodiversity in your whole farm plan, enhancing connectivity, and improving habitat for all our vulnerable woodland birds.

RSVP to come along on Sunday’s property visit where we will spend the morning sharing information about local threatened woodland birds, how to recognise them and how you can help stop their decline.

Damon Oliver, Senior Threatened Species Officer of NSW Office of Environment and Heritage will lead a bird identification tour on private property adjacent to the stunning Byadbo Wilderness area. Bring your binoculars!

Felicity Sturgiss (Local Land Services) will discuss the integration of biodiversity and legitimate outcomes for threatened woodland birds into a whole farm plan and explain how you can apply for funding as part of the Save our Scarlet Robin program.

The information session will include tea and coffee, and the 4WD field tour includes a catered lunch. Please email through any dietary requirements with your RSVP to Lesley by April 5th
