We are seeking motivated and passionate people to fill three part-time positions located at:

1. Condobolin - Lake Cargelligo
2. Goulburn - Yass
3. Temora - West Wyalong

The successful applicants will work closely with Landcare, farming systems, environmental and peri-urban groups, to improve their capacity to support and increase community engagement, and effectively participate in natural resource management and sustainable agriculture.

The role will increase the capacity of our organisation to:

• Improve community engagement and participation in NRM activities;
• Support more groups, networks and landholders;
• Undertake planning, develop partnerships and secure resourcing through project grants and other sources;
• Monitor, evaluate and report on activities;
• Link to government and other NRM programs to develop on-ground projects, in line with regional and state strategies.

The successful candidate and LachLandcare will be supported to undertake these roles through their membership of a regional and state network and by participating in, and contributing to, a state and regional community of practice, coordinated by Landcare NSW.

The successful applicant will at times be required to be flexible in their working hours, which will involve some attendance at out-of-hours activities, some travel, and overnight stays.
