We work on the Coast Golf course to preserve patches of Coastal Heath and Eastern Suburb Banksia Scrub, a threatened community, to the north of the Botany Bay National Park.
Our long term aim is the preservation of these isolated patches, habitat preservation and restoration and the removal of common weeds, lantana and bitou bush. A small group with a long standing commitment to our area has resulted in significant weed removal and regeneration.
