Join Central Tablelands Local Land Services and Napoleon Reef Landcare for Biodiversity in Miniature—a hands-on experience that brings local biodiversity to life. Explore the unique Napoleon Reef Reserve, take part in vegetation surveys, and roll up your sleeves for meaningful habitat restoration.
What to Expect

Australia’s shortest bush walk — a gentle guided trail to observe and identify native plants, record phenological observations, and discuss ecological context.

Miniature flora surveys & native vegetation assessments — participants will conduct hands-on field surveys to assess the health and condition of the native vegetation and habitat.

Seed bomb making & habitat repair — create seed bombs to help revegetate a severely eroded creek area, contributing directly to ecosystem restoration.
Lunch is provided. Places are limited, so we ask you RSVP by Thursday 16 October 2025 to secure your spot.
