North West Landcarers is a forum for representatives of community Landcare groups and our Partners to collaborate on conservation and land management initiatives.
Participation is invited from all Landcare Groups in the Region wishing to become involved at both Regional and State scale. The group also includes Chairs/Presidents from each of the Landcare Districts, senior management representatives of Local Land Services and our regional Project Partners such as the NSW Biodiversity Conservation Trust.
Quarterly meetings feature "Around The Networks" which is an update from Local Landcare Coordinators and Regional Agriculture Landcare Facilitators that highlight the range of Landcare events and activity that is happening in all corners of the Region.
The group is also an essential governance body that nominates our Regional Representative on the Landcare State Advisory Board and oversees reporting from Regional projects and the Regional Landcare Coordinator.
