Seville Reserve Bushcare Group are working within the Vegetation Communities Sydney Sandstone Ridge-top Forest and Sydney Sandstone Gully Forest (and along the creek line).
Seville Reserve is located at the very top of the catchment area of an unnamed tributary of Hunts Creek. The Reserve also backs onto an area of Kings School which has not been developed and is still in relatively good condition.
The group is now to the stage where they are moving the meeting location each month so that they can keep on top of the weeds over the whole site. Now there are only two small sections of primary clearing to be done and then the whole site will undergo secondary weeding and follow-up work. Once there is sufficient native vegetation cover to support native animals, the last of the woody weeds will be removed.
