The bushland in Tunks Park is a prime habitat to many birds and reptiles including King Fishers and Water Dragons.
Bordered by residential properties, Tunks Park bushland suffers all the impacts typical of an urban reserve, including nutrient rich run-off from the road and garden escapes. It forms an important corridor link with Mortlock Reserve and Flat Rock Gully in Willoughby.
The Tunks Park East Bushcare group was formed in 1993. Come and join in!
