Moss Vale Bushcare Group
The Moss Vale Bushcare Group is continuing the amazing work of the Moss Vale Landcare Group, which worked for 20 years restoring Whites Creek. This creek flows through public and private land within Moss Vale before heading west into rural land. Whites Creek is a tributary of Wingecarribee River. Large willows and other weeds choked the creek, and the group sourced funding, ran projects and undertook weeding to restore the creek and its immediate riparian environment. The Bushcare Group meets on the second Saturday of the month from 9am-12pm at Cosgrove Park, Moss Vale.
