This second report builds on the first with several recommendations including: • Continue carp removal with monitoring to assess benefits to native fish establishment • Prioritise emergent/submergent revegetation • Catfish re-establishment program • Continue golden perch stocking program between Wanganella and Jerilderie • Silver perch re-establishment program YACTAC are working on re-establishing catfish in 2024 and the pilot program of planting submerged plants (November 2023), such as tall spike rush, is looking fantastic – see the photos on the last page of the report.
