Hello Fellow Landcarers,

Central Tablelands Landcare Group is alive and well.  We now have 4 part time employees, an office space in Orange, and a nursery in Bathurst. As a grass roots, not for profit organisation, we rely on a management committee to direct our group, to deliver natural resource outcomes and sustainable agriculture projects in our region.  We have many reveg projects on the go, dung beetle monitoring, community garden days, erosion control activities, pest animal control and several other applications in the pipeline. 

We are fortunate to have a very motivated, experienced management committee, however we are always looking for new members.  The Central Tablelands Landcare Committee meet 6 times a year.  We alternate meetings between Orange and Bathurst, daytime and nightime meetings to accommodate our committee members' availability.  In addition to committee members, we need a Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, Secretary, Treasurer and Public Officer.  All positions are considered vacant.

We would like to invite you to join us for supper at 6.30pm on Wednesday 20th June at the ELF (our office) at the Orange Showgrounds.  We will have a selection of delicious home made soups and breads on offer.  If you have ever been to a Landcare event you know the food is worth the effort!



Following our winter harvest feast we will declare all positions vacant and hold our Annual General Meeting.  Please come along, share some food and wine, and support our Landcare Community.  We cannot continue without you.
