AGM, 2015 in review and a harvest feast
For our AGM this year we have decided to combine a talk about what we achieved in 2015 with a harvest feast and an Annual General Meeting - please come along. It will be a great chance for you all to meet our committee (past and new), hear about all our achievements for 2015 and share a meal with fellow Landcare members.

All members on our e-newsletter list and any others interested in learning more about Landcare in the Orange - Bathurst - Molong area.
We would like to extend on invite to all our members (everyone on our e-newsletter list) and other individuals interested in Landcare in the Orange - Bathurst - Molong area to come and join us for a celebration of Landcare in our district. On the agenda for the day:
- meet and great of our wonderful Landcare team - committee members and our support officers,
- a celebration of our achievements for 2015 (presentation and our annual report)
- sharing of ideas for the year ahead - come along and help up develop directions for the future
- our AGM (details below) and,
- our second annual "Harvest Feast" - bring a plate to share for lunch - make sure that you are supporting our bountiful local harvest.
We would love to see a range of old and new faces - it will be a great chance to catch up and share stories.

AGENDA:
The business to be conducted:
- Confirmation of minutes of the 2014 annual general meeting;
- Committee report on activities during the last year (Jan 2015 – Dec 2015) and distribution of the 2015 Annual Report;
- 2015 Financial Statement
- Election of office-bearers and ordinary committee members (Positions include Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, Secretary, Treasurer, and at least 3 ordinary committee members);
- Endorsement of representatives to regional committees (Central Tablelands Regional Landcare Network)
- Nomination of the Public Officer for Central Tablelands Landcare
The AGM will be followed by our Winter Harvest Feast and a chance to meet our Landcare team - please bring a dish made from local produce to share. For more information on the AGM or the Winter Harvest Feast please contact Marita or Sally.
