Join us for our introduction to microscopes - we have 4 sessions:

Sessions 1 & 2 are about soil health with Chandra Iyer

Chandra will provide an inspiring introduction to the world of microscopes, discussing microbes in the soil, compost and water, and talking about interactions in our landscape, why we need microscopes and how it all relates to what we do in the paddock.

Wednesday 29th July 9:30am - 12pm at the ELF, Orange Showgrounds (Leeds Pde, Orange)

Wednesday 29th July 1:30pm - 4pm at Bathurst LLS (66 Corporation Ave, Bathurst)

Sessions 3 & 4 are about pasture management from a sheep gut's perspective with David Freudenberger

David will be dissecting a real sheep gut in both of these sessions, so you will have to bring a strong stomach along!  We will be discussing ruminant digestion and how that links to pasture management, pasture species diversity, pasture sward height, sheep gut parasites etc.

Friday 7th August 1:30 - 4pm at Bathurst LLS (66 Corporation Ave, Bathurst)
