The Annual General Meeting of Central Tablelands Landcare will occur on Sunday 14th June from 12:30pm at the Orange ELF, Orange Showgrounds The AGM will be followed by our Winter Harvest Feast – please bring a dish made from local produce to share. The Annual General Meeting of Central Tablelands Landcare will occur on Sunday 13th June from 12:30pm at the Orange ELF, Orange Showgrounds
The business to be conducted:
• Confirmation of minutes of the last annual general meeting;
• Receive committee reports on activities during the last year (Jan 2014 – Dec 2014) and distribution of the 2014 Annual Report;
• 2014 Financial Statement
• Election of office-bearers and ordinary committee members (Positions include Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, Secretary, Treasurer, and at least 3 ordinary committee members);
• Endorsement of representatives to regional committees (Central Tablelands Regional Landcare Network)
• Nomination of the Public Officer for Central Tablelands Landcare
