Come along and nominate for a committee position. We are always looking for people with experience to fill our executive positions. Are you passionate about numbers & budgets? Is minute taking your thing?

Here are brief descriptions of the executive positions. Please, don't be scared off by them. You will get lots of support to ease you into being part of Landcare in Bathurst, Blayney, Molong and Orange.

CHAIR/PRESIDENT:

Ensures overall operation of the group; chairs meetings; submits an Annual Report; spokesperson for the group; point of reporting for staff.

VICE CHAIR/PRESIDENT:

Supports the chair/president and fills the role in their absence

TREASURER:

Responsible for collection of monies; makes payments; keeps accounts showing all receipts; shows financial affairs of the group; receipts and expenditures are in order (we use Xero accounting program); submits an Annual Financial Report

SECRETARY

Responsible for setting the agenda with the Chair; taking minutes; distributing the minutes and keeping a register of members
