    We are excited to announce the Summer Hill Creek Care upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) and warmly invite all members of our community to join us. This is a fantastic opportunity to engage with local issues, meet your neighbours, and contribute to our vibrant community.

    Key Highlights:

    • Election of New Committee Members: All committee positions including President, Deputy, Treasurer, Secretary, and Publicity are open for re-election. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to bring new ideas and energy to these roles. If you have ever considered playing a more active part in our community, this is your chance!

    • Casual and Friendly Atmosphere: Our meetings are known for their relaxed and friendly environment. Expect a delightful evening with a bit of wine, cheese, and great company. Don't worry, there's absolutely no pressure to join the committee - just come along, enjoy, and see what we're all about!

    • President’s Report and Meeting Documentation: Attached to this notice, you will find all necessary documentation for the meeting, including the President's report, which offers a comprehensive overview of our activities in 2023.

    • General Meeting Post-AGM: Following the AGM, we will hold a short general meeting to discuss further matters.
