The CATS: Control Program will also promote control of feral cats on farms through trapping. All of the groups listed below will have traps available for loan, hire or purchase through this program.
- Mid Macquarie Landcare in the Wellington area;
- Central West Lachlan Landcare across Parkes and Forbes;
- Condobolin District Landcare
- Coonamble Landcare
- 3 Rivers Landcare (Dunedoo, Coolah, Mendooran) and
- Weddin Landcare for Grenfell and surrounding areas.
Contact your local group for more information or to organise to use a Landcare trap!
We'll also be delivering subsidised Female-only Firearms Training in select locations to help control feral cats and empower our central west ladies to be leaders in the fight against ferals.
