- Join Friends of Grasslands as we walk with Rod Griffiths and other Walk the Border walkers on the last day of the Walk and see some significant grassland remnants. Following the walk Rod and walkers will join FOG at Hall Cemetery a high quality grassy woodland.

Friends of Grasslands and friends will walk with Rod Griffiths and other Walk the Border walkers on Friday 27 October. This is the last day of Walk the Border from Holt to finish.
FOG walkers plan to met Rod at Dunlop for a shorter walk to the finish.We will pass though once thriving natural temperate grasslands and see some good grassland remnants. You can learn about what makes these remnants special and hear from Rod about his ventures along the way.
We plan to meet at Dunlop. We will meet in the carpark 46 Percy Begg Cct, Dunlop at 10am. Hopefully we will meet Rod at 10.30am to 11am.
Options: You may meet the walkers at the finish or join FOG to walk from Dunlop to the finish. If you join for this section we will arrange transport back to the carpark. The walk finishes at the Rest Area to the west of Hall Village just off Barton Hwy near ACT/NSW border Victoria Street Hall.
