26 Aug, 2017 from 09:00 AM to 04:00 PM (Australia/Sydney / UTC1008)
Conservation on private land can make a huge different to the environment! Come to our free workshop in Cobargo and you can learn about:
• How to survey your land for native and pest animals with infrared cameras, with an opportunity to borrow a camera
• Landscape connectivity and how private landholders can contribute to conservation through the ‘Land for Wildlife’ project
• Local bush tucker and sustainable land management
We will have local produce for sale on the day: organic vegetables and meat from Cobargo Farm, local honey, bread and endemic plants.
Opportunity to borrow infrared camera
‘Who’s living on my land?’ is managed by the National Parks Association of NSW and supported by South East Local Land Services, through funding from the Australian Government’s National Landcare Programme. Bush Tucker Photo Katelyn Farrell.
