Peter Gillespie from Department of Primary Industry will be leading an afternoon workshop on the identification, ecology and control of European Wasps that are rapidly becoming a pest in Summer Hill Creek.  There will be a talk, a demonstration, then a short walk to look at some nests and discuss control methods.  Afternoon tea will also be served.

Please wear appropriate clothing: work trousers, long sleeves, gloves, boots, hat and veil if you have one.  It is not a suitable event for young children, but if you need to bring them, they can stay at the house after the talk (providing there is supervision).  Please do not bring dogs.
