Did you know..?
Recent government policy changes around offsetting mean there is now a market for biodiversity "credits" under the NSW BioBanking Scheme.
Many private farming properties contain land that has little agricultural value but contain biodiversity values that can now generate an income, and a rural property can retain its ownership and agricultural operations and still generate substantial economic returns from the sale of biodiversity offset credits.
At Niche Environmental and Heritage, understanding biodiversity is our speciality and the application of that knowledge to environmental and biodiversity offsets is one of our core areas of business.
We have proven experience in BioBanking and offsetting strategies that can generate an income for landholders.
This free seminar is hosted by Niche Environment and Heritage, a multidisciplinary environmental consultancy, with the support of Upper Murrumbidgee Landcare Committee.
