Every year we are looking to actively engage and encourage more people to join Central Tablelands Landcare whilst spreading the word of our achievements from the previous year.

Central Tablelands Landcare has recently relocated their Community Nursery from Orange to the Bathurst Research Station. With this move Central Tablelands Landcare is looking to foster and develop new partnerships with local organisations, groups and volunteers in Bathurst region to foster our goal of work with the community to promote and assist in the conservation of our local endangered grassy woodlands.
The Annual General Meeting of Central Tablelands Landcare will occur on Sunday 14th June from 12:30pm at the Orange ELF, Orange Showgrounds The AGM will be followed by our Winter Harvest Feast – please bring a dish made from local produce to share. For more information on the AGM or the Winter Harvest Feast that will follow please contact Marita or Sally.
It's that time of year again - we are looking forward to our third year celebrating local food, friends, and achievements of our Landcare group in our combined Winter Harvest Feast and AGM. We would love to have you along to meet some of our wonderful committee members and to share conversations over your lovely locally produced/grown food.
Landcare representatives - individuals and representatives from all Landcare groups in the Central Tablelands Landcare district will be starting 2015 with a "building ideas" session with the Central Tablelands LLS on Monday 9th March in Orange. Anyone interested in developing ideas for the future of Landcare in the Central Tablelands Landcare district is most welcome to come along.
Central Tablelands Landcare has a limited number of places on a bus leaving Orange to visit Col Seis's property to learn about the principles of pasture cropping. Be quick to register your interest as spots are limited.

Clean Energy Forum in Orange for those that missed our successful forum in Bathurst late last year. A workshop run by ECCO (Environmentally Concerned Citizens of Orange) and the NSW Office of Environment and Heritage.
Central Tablelands Landcare in conjunction with Peel Native Flora and Fauna Reserve Trust invite you to come along to an informal wattle walk.
A bus trip to show case good erosion and water management in our area - highlighting what can be done using existing on farm resources. Also a chance to workshop ideas for how to mend a problem site on the day.

Ever wanted to get some hands on experience in pruning winter fruit trees? Orange ELF Community Garden and Central Tablelands Landcare are working together to give you a chance to learn and get some hands on experience pruning the fruit trees at the Orange ELF Community Garden.
