Werrpanakata Lagoon
The Werrpanakata Lagoon project, is part of the overall plan being developed in partnership with the general community, Murray LLS, Edward Wakool Angling Association, Edward River Council, the Rice Growers Association, the Deniliquin High School and Yarkuwa, to develop Community outdoor educational facilities to learn about native fish and their habitat, the importance of wetlands in the local Indigenous community.
